FAQ

Common questions.

How much does notary service cost?

Single-document notarization typically starts at the state-set fee per signature, with mobile travel fees added based on location. Loan signings have flat-rate pricing depending on document complexity. Send us a message and we'll quote you exactly.

What do I need to bring?

A valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, state ID, or military ID) and the unsigned document. Don't sign before we arrive — the notary must witness the signature.

Do you offer remote online notarization?

Yes. Our RON platform is fully compliant and lets you complete a notarization from anywhere with an internet connection, a webcam, and a valid ID. Perfect for out-of-state signers and busy schedules.

Do you do loan signings?

Yes. We are an NNA-certified loan signing agent and regularly handle purchases, refinances, HELOCs, second mortgages, and reverse mortgages for title companies, signing services, and direct lenders.

How fast can you come?

Standard appointments are scheduled within 24–48 hours. Same-day and after-hours appointments are often available — just ask. For closings, we recommend booking as early as possible.

Do you notarize documents in languages other than English?

We notarize signatures, not the content of documents. As long as the signer can communicate clearly with the notary in a shared language and reads/understands what they're signing, we can usually proceed. Some documents may require a translator.
